Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer role based in Ahmedabad. The Technical Sales Engineer will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their technical requirements, demonstrate robotic solutions, and provide detailed product explanations. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering technical presentations, responding to technical and commercial inquiries, coordinating with engineering teams to customize solutions, and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation to closure. The role also involves providing post-sales technical support, troubleshooting product issues, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.



The Technical Sales Engineer will contribute to market feedback, Prepare techno-commercial proposal development, and help identify new opportunities in domestic and international markets. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Technical Sales and Sales skills to manage the full sales lifecycle and meet business targets.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales Engineering expertise, with the ability to translate complex robotic and automation concepts into clear customer value propositions.
• Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities, including troubleshooting, product configuration, and customer training.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Relevant engineering background (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics) with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in industrial automation, robotics, or related technical domains is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, visit customer locations as needed, and manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, customer-oriented approach, and readiness to learn advanced technologies.
