Experience:
12–18 years, including 5+ years in a senior finance leadership role About Numera Numera is a Portfolio Intelligence and Personalised Investment Advisory platform that helps investors understand their holdings, assess alignment with their risk profile and make informed investment decisions. Role Overview We are seeking a strategic, hands-on CFO to lead financial planning, governance, capital management and business finance. The role will partner with leadership to build a financially disciplined and scalable fintech business.

Key Responsibilities
• Own financial strategy, annual budgets, forecasting and management reporting.
• Lead accounting, financial controls, audits, taxation and statutory reporting.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury and business runway.
• Build financial models for subscriptions, pricing, customer acquisition and growth.
• Monitor customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, contribution margins and profitability.
• Support fundraising, investor relations, due diligence and board reporting.
• Partner with product, marketing and technology teams on investment decisions and resource allocation.




• Oversee financial risk management and coordinate applicable compliance requirements with legal and compliance teams.
• Build and lead the finance function, including systems, processes and team development. Qualifications and Experience
• Chartered Accountant qualification required; an MBA in Finance or CFA qualification is an advantage.
• 12–18 years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years leading a finance function or a substantial business finance team.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, wealth management or subscription-led digital businesses preferred.
• Robust expertise in financial modelling, FP&A;, accounting, taxation and internal controls.
• Experience presenting financial performance and strategic recommendations to founders, boards or investors.
• Fundraising and high-growth business experience preferred. Preferred Industry Understanding
• Familiarity with equity markets, mutual funds and the investment ecosystem.
• Understanding of retail investor behaviour and digital financial products.
