Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Import Export Specialist, based in Pimpri Chinchwad with flexibility for some work-from-home. The Import Export Specialist will manage and coordinate day-to-day import and export operations, including documentation, shipment tracking, and communication with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and clients. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, preparing and reviewing shipping and customs paperwork, and resolving operational issues related to logistics and clearance. The role involves monitoring delivery timelines, maintaining accurate records, optimizing cost-effective shipping solutions,



and collaborating with internal teams to support smooth end-to-end supply chain processes. The Import Export Specialist will also support continuous improvement initiatives in global SCM and technical trading activities. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Import, Export, and Import Export processes.
• Practical understanding of International Trade regulations, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Customs Brokerage, including coordination with customs officials and handling clearance procedures.
• Familiarity with logistics, shipping terms (Incoterms), and basic supply chain management concepts.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and international partners.
• Proficiency in using office productivity tools and basic ERP or logistics management systems.
• Relevant academic background in Commerce, Business, Logistics, or a related field; professional certifications in international trade or logistics are an advantage.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Pimpri Chinchwad, demonstrating reliability, accountability, and self-management.
