About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Specialist to join our team in Kochi The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of AML/CFT regulations, KYC procedures, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and UAE compliance requirements. If you have experience in compliance, client onboarding, and risk assessment, this could be an excellent opportunity to grow your career in the AML and compliance domain ? ?

Key Responsibilities
✅ Assist with AML/CFT compliance in line with applicable UAE regulatory requirements. ✅ Perform KYC verification and review customer identification documents. ✅ Conduct CDD and EDD procedures. ✅ Support client onboarding, customer risk assessments, and beneficial ownership verification. ✅ Perform sanctions screening, PEP screening, and customer risk checks.



✅ Identify suspicious activities, discrepancies, and potential AML red flags. ✅ Maintain accurate compliance records and support periodic KYC reviews and internal audits. ✅ Assist with AML policies, procedures, regulatory documentation, and compliance frameworks. ? Required Skills & Qualifications ✔️ Basic knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC, CDD, and EDD processes. ✔️ Understanding of UAE AML regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage. ✔️ Knowledge of client onboarding, sanctions screening, and compliance documentation. ✔️ Robust analytical skills and attention to detail. ✔️ Good verbal and written communication skills. ✔️ A willingness to learn and grow in the AML and financial compliance field.
