The percentage of prohibited items accurately detected during screening Compliance with Procedures: Adhering to established security protocols and regulations to ensure consistent and effective screening. Average time taken to screen passengers and their belongings, balancing speed with thoroughness to minimize delays Customer Service: Assisting passengers with inquiries and providing guidance on security procedures while maintaining professionalism.
