- 12-9PM/11-8PM About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data & Reporting Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Reporting solutions using Microsoft PowerBI or Tableau. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless flow of data between various type of data modeling , representation, visualization and optimize data processes. Some of the things your will be doing:
• Design, develop, and implement robust data integration solutions using PowerBI or Tableau.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand data integration requirements.
• Design data reporting structures and semantic model which will well-suited to meet the reporting requirements from the business stakeholders.
• Analyze existing data processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of SQL Server Integration Services packages.
• Work closely with data engineers to ensure the integrity and security of data.
• Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and other team members to ensure effective data integration.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data integration and ETL processes.
• Provide documentation (Data Mapping, Technical Specifications, Production Support, data dictionaries, test cases) for all projects.
• Document technical specifications and provide training to end-users as needed.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven 8+ years of Industry financial experience in developing and maintaining enterprise data warehouse solutions.
• Proven experience in data warehousing and data modeling techniques and methodologies.
• Excellent in developing interactive reports or visualization in PowerBI or Tableau




• Working experience in finance domain and knowledge should be a plus
• Well versed with dynamic SQL, T-SQL, and SQL Server database development.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of reporting processes.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
