The firm is recognized for its expertise in navigating one of the largest tax reforms in India since Independence. Based in Mumbai, the team supports clients across industries with advisory, compliance, and representation services related to GST and other indirect taxes. Articled Assistants joining the firm gain exposure to complex tax matters, structured training, and hands-on professional experience in a dynamic environment. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Articled Assistant role based in Mumbai. The role involves assisting in GST compliance, including preparation and filing of returns, reconciliation of data, and maintenance of working papers. The Articled Assistant will support audits, documentation, and reporting under GST and other relevant tax laws. Daily responsibilities include reviewing client records, conducting basic tax research, preparing summaries and schedules, and coordinating with senior team members on assignments.



The role also includes participation in internal trainings, timely completion of allocated tasks, and adherence to professional and ethical standards set by the firm and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Qualifications
• Registered as an Article under ICAI and eligible to undertake Articleship training.
• Strong interest in Indirect Taxation, particularly GST, with basic understanding of tax concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with accounting or tax software.
• Good analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work in office in Mumbai, manage deadlines, and collaborate as part of a structured team.
• Positive learning attitude, integrity, and commitment to completing the full term of Articleship.
• Prior exposure to GST filings, audits, or accounting internships will be an added advantage.
