Role Description The Technical Head is a full-time role responsible for overseeing technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring that designs, engineering solutions, and execution standards meet project requirements and regulatory guidelines. This hybrid role is based in Ahmedabad, with primary work at project and office locations and some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding project teams on technical issues, reviewing and approving designs and engineering plans, and monitoring project progress for quality, safety, and compliance. The Technical Head will collaborate with project managers, clients, and consultants to resolve technical challenges, optimize processes, and support effective decision-making.



The role also involves mentoring technical staff, implementing best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement in project management and execution. Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating designs, technical solutions, project data, and construction methodologies.
• Effective Communication abilities to collaborate with internal teams, directors ,clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Experience in Technical Support and technical oversight for construction, design, and engineering activities.
• Proven Team Management skills, including supervision, coordination, and performance guidance for technical and project teams.
• Capability in Training team members on technical standards, safety practices, and project procedures.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline; professional certifications in project management or construction management are an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large or complex construction projects, preferably in turnkey or EPC environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, quality standards, safety regulations, and relevant software tools (e.g., CAD, project management software).
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Ahmedabad, with readiness to visit project sites as required.
