6–9 Years Work Mode: Hybrid Shift: UK Shift Domain: Cybersecurity / Identity & Access Management (IAM) Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced MFA Administrator to manage and support enterprise Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with MFA platforms, passwordless authentication, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory.

Key Responsibilities
• Deploy, configure, administer, and support enterprise MFA solutions, including HYPR or equivalent passwordless authentication platforms.
• Migrate legacy MFA methods to modern passwordless authentication solutions.
• Integrate MFA with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, VPN, RDP, Windows endpoints, and enterprise applications.
• Manage user enrollment, device registration, authentication policies, and recovery workflows.
• Troubleshoot authentication, SSO, Conditional Access, certificate, and federation-related issues.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Helpdesk, and Application teams.
• Develop automation scripts, technical documentation, operational procedures, and support runbooks.
• Monitor authentication performance, platform health, and compliance requirements.




• Support security audits, assessments, and IAM governance initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance during MFA implementation, migration, and operational activities. Required Skills and

Experience:
• 6–9 years of experience in IAM, MFA, or authentication technologies.
• Hands-on experience with HYPR or equivalent MFA/passwordless authentication solutions.
• Experience with MFA products such as Microsoft Authenticator, Cisco Duo, Okta Verify, Ping Identity, RSA SecurID, ForgeRock, or Secret Double Octopus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Windows Authentication.
• Good understanding of SSO, Conditional Access, authentication protocols, and federation.
• Experience in enterprise MFA implementation, administration, troubleshooting, and migration.
• Robust problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in global enterprise environments is preferred. Work Details:
