Key Responsibilities
• Deliver PPT-based classroom and practical hands-on training to students.
• Train students on solar installation, wiring, testing, safety, and maintenance.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and evaluate trainee performance.
• Maintain solar labs, tools, equipment, and training kits.
• Support workshops, certification programs, and other technical/training activities. Preferred Qualifications
• Diploma/B.
Tech/B.
E. in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Solar PV Installation certification preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in Solar PV installation, commissioning, maintenance, or technical training.
• Positive communication and practical training skills.
