HealthTech Product Owner Company: HiWox Position Type: Equity-Based Founding Team Role Work Mode: Remote/Hybrid Commitment: 20–25 hours per week About HiWox HiWox is building a personalized Wellness Intelligence Platform and Healthcare Operating System (HOS) that integrates healthcare science, health data, technology, and evidence-based algorithms to deliver explainable, personalized wellness recommendations. Our platform focuses on 9 dimensions of wellness, connecting structured data collection, rule-based intelligence, personalized recommendations, rituals, and progress tracking into a unified ecosystem. We are currently in the product development and testing stage, building our MVP and establishing the product foundation for future growth. Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and milestones aligned with HiWox’s long-term healthcare technology objectives.
• Healthcare Product Development: Translate healthcare and wellness requirements into practical digital product features, including assessments, health-data collection, personalized recommendations, rituals, reminders, progress tracking, and dashboards.
• User Research & Product-Market Fit: Conduct user research, analyse customer needs, study competing solutions, and validate product concepts to improve usability, adoption, retention, and commercial viability.
• Health Data & Intelligence Integration: Collaborate with healthcare scientists, data scientists, bioinformatics engineers, and developers to structure health parameters and translate validated requirements into explainable,



evidence-based product workflows and recommendation systems.
• Cross-Functional Product Execution: Coordinate technology, healthcare, research, design, and operations teams to define requirements, manage backlogs, prioritise features, and deliver product milestones.
• Product Analytics & Quality: Define KPIs and track activation, engagement, retention, feature usage, user satisfaction, and product performance. Coordinate testing, user acceptance, feedback analysis, and continuous improvements.
• Partnerships & Product Expansion: Support integration planning for wearables, rings, healthcare devices, clinical data sources, gyms, clinics, and corporate wellness partners, subject to technical feasibility and appropriate consent.
• Documentation & Product Governance: Maintain product requirement documents, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, release plans, and privacy-conscious product requirements for handling sensitive health information. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or digital product development.
• Understanding of healthcare technology, digital health, wellness platforms, or health information systems is preferred.




• Ability to translate complex user and healthcare requirements into clear product specifications.
• Familiarity with agile product development, roadmaps, sprint planning, backlog management, and user acceptance testing.
• Experience with product analytics, KPI dashboards, user research, and product-market fit validation.
• Solid communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Awareness of health-data privacy, security, consent, and responsible handling of sensitive information.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to contribute to an early-stage HealthTech venture. Equity & Engagement Structure
• Compensation: Equity-based only at the current stage; no fixed salary.
• Equity allocation: To be discussed based on expertise, contribution, responsibilities, and long-term commitment.
• Vesting: Proposed 5-year vesting structure for core founding team members, subject to the final agreement.
• Future compensation: Fixed compensation may be introduced after funding and revenue stabilisation. This could take 6–8 months or potentially a year.
• Commitment: A long-term contribution to building HiWox’s product, technology ecosystem, and scalable healthcare intelligence platform is expected. The ideal candidate will help transform HiWox’s vision into a validated, scalable, and evidence-driven product while working closely with the founding team.
