Job Description
& Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Executive Director to lead and drive transformation initiatives in Cybersecurity, Digital Identity, Cloud Security, and AI-led Risk Transformation. This senior leadership role will focus on managing large-scale cyber risk programs, building and leading global security engineering teams,



and advising Fortune 100 clients on modern identity architectures and emerging security frameworks such as Zero Trust and Agentic AI.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a 50+ member global security engineering organization delivering enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cloud Security, and Secrets Management solutions.
• Drive large-scale transformation projects including workforce and customer IAM modernization, multi-cloud security architectures, and secrets management platforms.
• Advise C-level executives and CISOs on cybersecurity strategies related to Digital Identity, Zero Trust, and AI-enabled security frameworks.
• Develop and execute business strategies to expand Cyber and Digital practice capabilities and drive sustained revenue growth.
• Oversee complex mergers and acquisitions security integrations, ensuring secure authentication and authorization frameworks.
• Foster innovation through AI-accelerated security engineering, automation, and SecOps platform development.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and lead strategic pursuits to grow business portfolios.
• Mentor and coach teams to deliver high-impact, scalable security solutions across global enterprises. Mandatory Skill Sets:
• Deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including technologies like SailPoint, Okta, Auth0, and Oracle IAM.
• Robust leadership experience managing large engineering teams (50+).
• Demonstrated success in delivering Cloud Security solutions (AWS multi-AZ deployments, Kubernetes, hybrid-cloud).
• Proven ability in Secrets and Privileged Access Management (HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk).
• Experience with Zero Trust security architectures and AI-enabled cyber transformation frameworks.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as NIST, SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS.
• Expertise in automation and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines (Terraform, Jenkins).




• Excellent client advisory and business development skills in complex enterprise environments.
• Advanced proficiency in risk and security program management. Preferred Skill Sets:
• Knowledge of agentic AI, machine learning applications in cybersecurity, and advanced AI models for access governance.
• Experience with Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform architecture.
• Strong background in strategic mergers and acquisitions security integration.
• Familiarity with programming and scripting languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud-native security services and hybrid multi-cloud architectures.
• Ability to lead innovation initiatives involving AI and automated security operations (SecOps). Years of Experience Required:
• Approximately 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, digital identity, and risk consulting.
• Proven track record of leadership roles in top-tier consulting firms managing global cybersecurity programs. Education Qualification:
• Master of Science in Management Information Systems or equivalent.
• Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communications Engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant certifications preferred, such as CISSP, Oracle Certified Java Programmer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect (even if expired).
