Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Specialist / Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Indiranagar, Bengaluru. This role is responsible for planning and executing SEO & AEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance online visibility for InCruiter’s products and services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting SEO audits, performing keyword research, optimizing website content and structure, managing link-building initiatives, and collaborating with content, product, and marketing teams to align SEO with business goals. The role also involves tracking performance using web analytics tools, preparing regular reports, and recommending data-driven improvements. The Specialist / Manager will stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices to ensure sustainable and compliant growth. Qualifications
• Min. 4+ years of exp. in SEO & AEO in B2B SaaS or AI products.




• Candidates should possess strong skills in SEO & AEO Audits and Keyword Research to identify opportunities and optimize website performance.
• Candidates should possess proven capabilities in Link Building to develop and manage high-quality backlink strategies.
• Candidates should possess experience with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to monitor, analyze, and report on SEO/AEO performance.
• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Marketing to integrate SEO/AEO with broader digital and brand initiatives.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field are preferred.
• Hands-on experience in on-page and technical SEO & AEO, including site architecture, metadata, page speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness, is beneficial.
• Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects, are desirable.
