Role Description The Dental Assistant will support dentists in delivering high-quality dental care during a full-time, on-site role based in Nimbahera. Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, organizing instruments, and assisting during dental procedures such as examinations, cleanings, and restorative treatments. The role involves maintaining proper sterilization protocols, ensuring equipment and tools are clean and ready for use, and supporting oral care instructions for patients.



The Dental Assistant will also help with patient preparation, recording basic information, managing appointment flow, and contributing to a calm, reassuring experience in the clinic. Qualifications
• Strong practical skills in Dental Assisting and support during Dentistry procedures.
• Knowledge of Dental Care and Oral Care practices, including patient education and routine treatments.
• Experience with instrument handling and Sterilization procedures in a clinical setting.
• Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to follow clinical protocols accurately.
• Effective communication skills and a patient-centered, qualified attitude.
• Relevant certification or diploma in dental assisting or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dental team and maintain a clean, safe treatment environment.
