Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Chartered Accountant based in Jodhpur. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements and management reports. The Chartered Accountant will oversee tax planning, filings, and compliance, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and support audits and statutory reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial data, analyzing variances, monitoring cash flow, and providing insights to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. The role may also contribute to process improvements, support finance automation initiatives,



collaborate with implementation teams on ERP and related tools, and interact directly with clients to address their finance and accounting needs. Qualifications
• Qualified qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant post-qualification experience in accounting, finance, and compliance.
• Strong skills in financial accounting and reporting, including preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and management reports.
• Proficiency in tax and regulatory compliance, including direct and indirect tax, statutory filings, and coordination with auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, variance analysis, and supporting strategic business decisions.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERPs; exposure to cloud-based tools, automation, Zoho, Odoo, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to design or improve finance processes, implement internal controls, and support finance and business process automation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients or projects and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with founders, management teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in outsourced finance, SME/startup environments, or ecommerce accounting is preferred.
• Comfort working on-site in Jodhpur and willingness to engage in client-facing responsibilities as needed.
