A leading organization is hiring an Assistant Geologist for its bauxite mining operations in Bijlawa, Chhattisgarh. The position is within the Mining – Geology department, with one vacancy available. Qualification B.
Sc. or M.
Sc. in Geology or Applied Geology.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct geological mapping and field investigations.
• Perform bauxite ore sampling and grade control.
• Identify ore and waste zones.
• Maintain geological records, sampling data, and reports.
• Coordinate with mining and survey teams to support mine development.
• Support ore-quality monitoring and grade-wise segregation.
• Assist with exploration and geological assessment activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable requirements. Required Skills And Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Degree in Geology or Applied Geology.
• Knowledge of geological mapping, sampling, and grade control.
