Strong knowledge of K-SMART is an key requirement for this position. Candidates should have a good understanding of architectural drawings, building plans, and drafting standards. Freshers with relevant skills and knowledge can apply. Candidates with around 3 years of relevant experience will be preferred. Skills Required AutoCAD – Good working knowledge Architectural Drafting K-SMART – Knowledge of building permit and approval processes Knowledge of floor plans, elevations, and sections Ability to read and understand architectural drawings Knowledge of building rules and regulations Knowledge of construction drawings Good attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and coordination skills Qualification Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field Freshers can apply 3 years of relevant experience preferred
