Jogeshwari (W), Mumbai 400102 Type: 6-month internship Stipend: ₹8,000–₹10,000/month At Fluxy Media, we help interior designers grow their businesses through Meta Ads and social media marketing. We're looking for a proactive intern who will work directly with the founder and help us improve sales follow-ups, manage client communication, and build our own brand presence. This isn't a passive internship. You'll be trusted with real responsibilities and get a close look at how a growing marketing agency operates.

What you'll do
1. Sales & Follow-ups
• Track incoming leads and maintain an organised sales pipeline.
• Follow up with prospects on WhatsApp and calls.
• Confirm Google Meet appointments and track pending proposals.
• Ensure every lead has a transparent status and next follow-up date.
• Prepare weekly reports on leads, meetings and pipeline progress. 2. Client Success & Coordination
• Act as a coordination point between clients, the founder and the delivery team.
• Track client queries, pending approvals, updates and deliverables.
• Ensure routine client communication happens on time.
• Flag client concerns and potential retention risks before they escalate. 3. Social Media & Brand Growth
• Develop content ideas for Fluxy Media's LinkedIn and Instagram.




• Help plan and execute founder-led content.
• Write LinkedIn posts, reel scripts, captions and case studies.
• Coordinate with our editor and maintain a consistent publishing calendar.
• Track content performance and suggest improvements. Who we're looking for
• A proactive student, recent graduate or early-career candidate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating professionally over WhatsApp, email and calls.
• Organised, dependable and good at following through.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Interest in sales, business growth, content marketing and startups.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment. What you'll gain
