• Ensure identification and execution of improvement projects using Lean tools.
• Drive cycle-time reduction, yield improvement, and throughput enhancement.
• Support reduction of changeover time (product-to-product and batch-to-batch cleaning).
• Ensure execution of Yellow Belt and Green Belt projects to reduce market complaints.
• Perform and manage root cause analysis activities.
• Review and support the effectiveness and implementation of CAPA.
• Conduct capacity assessments and optimize manpower utilization.
• Ensure all improvement initiatives comply with cGMP, GDP, Safety, and other regulatory requirements. DESIRED SKILLS
• Hands-on experience with VSM, SMED, 5S, and SPC
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma – White/Yellow/Green Belt certification preferred
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical processes: granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, and packing
• Robust proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Gantt charts; Minitab experience preferred
• Hands-on experience in product robustness
