Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily activities across paid media, creative, website, CRM, MIS, and call-center teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Track campaign deliverables, launch schedules, deadlines, and pending dependencies.
• Support campaign execution and review campaign performance in coordination with the team lead.
• Monitor tracking failures, landing-page issues, DID (Direct Inward Dialing) and call-routing issues, and reporting gaps.
• Ensure adherence to campaign naming conventions, documentation standards, SOPs, and reporting processes.
• Follow up on action items, prepare campaign review summaries, and assist team members in resolving operational challenges.
• Escalate critical issues promptly to minimize wasted advertising spend and prevent lead loss.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of campaign-related issues.
• Maintain trackers for campaign status, pending tasks, escalations, and team deliverables.




• Support junior team members with daily operational activities and workflow coordination. Required Skill Set
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Ability to prioritize urgent requests, manage multiple campaigns, and resolve operational dependencies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, accountability, ownership, and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and support junior team members.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines in a quick-paced environment. Candidate Profile
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing operations, performance marketing coordination, campaign execution, or team support.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively across departments.
• Proactive approach to identifying operational issues and ensuring timely resolution.
