To serve as the central bridge between hospital management, clinical and non-clinical departments, IT teams, and software vendors, ensuring seamless implementation, integration, adoption, and continuous optimization of all hospital digital systems to improve operational efficiency, patient care, and management visibility. Ensure accurate and timely generation of operational, clinical, financial, and management reports and dashboards. Coordinate with department heads and hospital leadership to monitor KPIs, improve data accuracy, support decision-making, and drive accountability across hospital functions.
