Role Description The Regional Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The individual in this role will be responsible for generating sales, managing key accounts, and expanding the customer base across the assigned region. Day-to-day activities include meeting with clients and prospects, presenting product solutions, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating and closing deals.



The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate with the internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, address customer queries, and provide feedback on market trends and product performance. The role also involves setting sales targets, tracking performance, and preparing regular sales reports for management. Qualifications
• Proven regional sales management skills, including territory planning, account management, and pipeline development.
• Strong skills in client relationship building, negotiation, and closing sales in B2B environments.
• Experience in interior products, building materials, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with on-site client visits, frequent travel within the region, and field-based work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
