E-commerce Operations Executive Studio Covers Private Limited | Greater Noida (on-site) Ideal for candidates with experience as a Dispatch Executive, Order Processing Executive or E-commerce Executive.

About the role
Studio Covers is a third-generation home furnishings brand selling through our website and online marketplaces. You will own every order from placement to delivery, return or exchange, making sure it reaches the right address, on time, by the right courier. What you will do
• Update the daily order sheet from Shopify, Myntra and other marketplaces; create draft orders when needed
• Verify addresses and call every COD (cash on delivery) order to confirm before dispatch
• Book orders with the best courier for cost and speed; ensure express orders ship by express
• Coordinate with the studio team for timely packing and dispatch; share a daily report on delayed orders
• Generate invoices, labels, manifests and e-way bills
• Follow up on failed deliveries (NDR – non-delivery report) within 24 hours and reduce RTO (return to origin)
• Manage returns, exchanges and reverse pickups as per company policy; quality-check returned pieces




• Coordinate refunds with the accounts team; file claims for damaged or wrong returns
• Mark delivered COD orders as paid, reconcile COD remittances and dispute incorrect courier charges
• Handle basic customer queries (order tracking, returns, exchanges) on WhatsApp, email and phone
• Act as point of contact for Myntra and other marketplaces
• Keep packaging material in stock What we are looking for:
• 6 months to 2 years in e-commerce, D2C or dispatch operations
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and a shipping platform such as Delhivery Direct or iThink Logistics
• Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel
• Clear spoken and written Hindi and English
• Detail-oriented, organised and positive at follow-ups Nice to have
• Shopify experience
• Myntra or Amazon seller portal experience
• Experience handling NDR, RTO and courier disputes Schedule Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (2 tea breaks + 1 lunch break) Salary ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Work
