Role Description The Robotic Trainer/Innovation Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. In this position, the professional will conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops on robotics, robot programming, and related technologies for students and learners. They will design and refine curricula, develop innovative learning modules, and integrate new hardware and software tools into the training ecosystem. Daily responsibilities include setting up and maintaining robotic equipment, demonstrating safe and effective usage, troubleshooting technical issues during classes,



and supporting learners with practical guidance. The role also involves collaborating with the engineering and product teams to test new robotic platforms, provide feedback for improvements, and contribute to continuous innovation in educational solutions. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong applied skills in Robotics and Robot operation for educational and practical training environments.
• Candidates should possess hands-on expertise in Robotic Welding for demonstrations, practice sessions, and innovation projects.
• Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills to ensure reliable and safe functioning of robotic systems.
• Candidates should possess the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly, with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Robotics, Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Experience working with educational robotics kits, microcontrollers, and programming interfaces (e.g., Arduino, visual programming tools) is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated passion for teaching, mentoring, and working with children or students in STEM or robotics programs.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple training sessions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
