Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute hiring strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Handle diverse hiring portfolios including technology, product, content, operations, and leadership roles.
• Implement best practices to improve sourcing efficiency and enhance the candidate experience.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, timelines, and expectations.




• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to support organizational growth.
• Develop and manage recruitment dashboards, pipelines, and weekly reports.
• Optimize recruitment processes focusing on speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Proven track record of hiring across technical and non-technical roles.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Excel or Google Sheets, and dashboard reporting. Preferred Experience
• Experience with third-party API integrations and webhooks.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and best practices.
• Familiarity with caching technologies such as Redis or equivalents and performance tuning.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
