Role Description The Production Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based at Prathista Industries Limited’s facility in Choutuppal. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, including planning and scheduling production, monitoring process performance, and ensuring product quality and compliance with safety and environmental standards. This role will coordinate with procurement, maintenance, quality control, and logistics teams to optimize resource utilization and minimize downtime. The Production Manager will lead and mentor production staff, implement continuous improvement initiatives,



and maintain accurate production records and reports. The role also involves supporting implementation of new formulations and scaling up processes in line with business and customer needs. Qualifications
• Strong production and operations management skills, including experience in planning, scheduling, and process optimization within a manufacturing or chemical/biotechnology setting.
• Knowledge of fermentation technology, eco-friendly or organic product manufacturing, and familiarity with biofertilizers, nutraceuticals, or related product lines is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability in quality assurance and compliance, including adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards relevant to industrial production.
• Proven leadership capabilities, with experience supervising teams, managing shifts, and building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement practical solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using production management or ERP systems, as well as basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office) for documentation and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial), Biotechnology, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or relevant certifications in production or operations management are an advantage.
