About Us
A Mumbai-based performance marketing agency with 14 years of experience growing brands across D2C brands. The Role You'll own performance marketing for D2C and e-commerce brands on Meta and Google, manage ₹10–50 lakhs in monthly ad spend, and be accountable for revenue and ROAS. This is a client-facing role.

What You'll Do
• Plan, launch, and scale sales campaigns on Meta (Advantage+ sales, catalog, and retargeting) and Google (Shopping, Performance Max, Search, and YouTube).
• Manage product feeds in Google Merchant Center and Meta Commerce Manager.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to generate hooks, ad copy, and UGC and reel scripts for creative testing in line with Meta Andromeda.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, offers, audiences, and landing pages. Scale the winners and catch creative fatigue early.
• Set up and maintain tracking with Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, and GTM on Shopify or WooCommerce.




• Work with the development team to improve product page and checkout conversion rates.
• Run abandoned cart and retention flows using WhatsApp, email, and CRM automation.
• Plan and scale campaigns for sale events, launches, and festive seasons.
• Manage budgets daily to hit ROAS and CAC targets.
• Report on revenue, ROAS, CAC, and AOV, and present insights and next steps to clients. What We're Looking For
• 1–2 years of hands-on D2C or e-commerce experience on Meta and Google Ads
• The candidate must have experience working with a digital marketing agency
• Experience with Advantage+, catalog ads, Google Shopping, and Performance Max
• Comfort using AI tools for copy, scripts, and creative ideas
• Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Pixel and CAPI, Shopify, and marketing automation tools
• Solid analytical skills and comfort with data and spreadsheets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong command of English
• Ability to build client rapport and handle client calls with confidence
