1–2+ years in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition ?️ Working Days: Monday to Friday ⚡ Joining: Immediate joiners preferred ? What You’ll Do
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.
• Identify and source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and other hiring channels.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment progress, maintain candidate databases, and prepare hiring updates.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and close positions within timelines.




• ? What We’re Looking For
• 1–2+ years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Strong organizational skills, follow-up abilities, and a target-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced work environment.
• Willingness to work from our Bangalore office.
