Field-Based – School Visits across Uttarakhand and Western Uttar Pradesh Job Summary We are looking for a confident and result-oriented professional to connect with schools, meet principals and management teams, promote educational fairs and career guidance programmes, and finalise event dates. outreach targets across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
1. School Outreach: Visit schools and connect with principals, directors, coordinators, and management teams. 2. Event Promotion: Promote educational fairs, career counselling sessions, and student guidance programmes. 3. Date Finalisation: Convince schools to host events and secure confirmed dates. 4. Business Development: Identify current schools and expand the organisation’s network. 5. Presentations & Meetings: Explain programme benefits and educational opportunities to school authorities. 6. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with schools. 7. Follow-Ups: Follow up with prospective schools to confirm meetings and events. 8. Reporting:



Maintain records of school visits, meetings, follow-ups, and confirmed event dates. 9. Event Coordination: Coordinate with the internal team regarding event schedules and requirements. 10. Target Achievement: Meet assigned targets for school visits, meetings, and confirmed events. Geographical Areas to Be Covered The candidate will be responsible for school outreach and programme execution in the following regions: 1. Uttarakhand 2. Saharanpur 3. Muzaffarnagar 4. Bijnor 5. Shamli 6. Meerut 7. Moradabad 8. Rampur 9. Bareilly 10. Amroha 11. Aligarh 12. Ghaziabad Required Skills
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
• Good planning, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
