Role Description The Bakery Intern role at Euphoria Cookies is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The intern will assist with daily baking activities, including preparing doughs and batters, baking cookies and other products, and following standardized recipes to maintain consistent quality. Responsibilities include supporting food preparation tasks, portioning and arranging baked items, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the kitchen,



and following safety and hygiene standards. The intern will also help with inventory checks, basic ingredient handling, and may support new recipe trials under guidance from senior bakers. Qualifications
• Foundational skills in Bakery and Baking, with an interest in learning professional techniques.
• Ability to work with Cookies and Bread, including dough handling and basic product finishing.
• Basic Food Preparation skills, including measuring ingredients, mixing, and maintaining a clean workstation.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to food safety and hygiene, and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, stand for extended periods, and perform physically active tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills, with a positive attitude toward feedback and learning.
• Prior exposure to a bakery, culinary course, or home baking experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
