Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide overall strategic leadership and direction for NEXELVA Exports Private Limited, ensuring sustainable growth and market expansion in global export markets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, financial performance, and cross-functional coordination across sourcing, logistics, sales, and customer relationships. The CEO will develop and execute long-term business plans, drive strategic partnerships, and represent the organization with key stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, regulatory bodies, and industry associations. The role includes setting performance goals,



building and mentoring leadership teams, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and promoting a culture of quality, innovation, and sustainability. The CEO will also monitor market trends, identify recent opportunities, and ensure that NEXELVA’s products and services remain competitive and aligned with global standards. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Finance skills, including budgeting, financial planning, and performance analysis.
• Candidates should possess Operations Management skills, with experience in supply chain, logistics, and process optimization.
• Candidates should possess Business Planning and Strategic Planning skills, with the ability to define and implement long-term growth strategies.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including international business development, client relationship management, and market expansion.
• Experience in export/import operations, international trade regulations, and global compliance standards is highly beneficial.
• Proven leadership experience in a senior executive role within FMCG, agri-commodities, or related sectors is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities are essential.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Business, or a related field is desirable.
