- We are looking for a Manager
- SEO to own and lead the SEO function end to end. You will define the organic growth strategy, manage a team of SEO professionals, and be the senior point of contact for key clients, with a strong focus on healthcare digital marketing. This role is accountable for organic visibility, traffic, lead generation, and client retention across accounts. Responsibilities and Duties
- Strategy & Ownership Define and own the SEO vision, roadmap, and annual/quarterly plans (on-page, off-page, technical, local) aligned with business and client goals. Set KPIs and targets for each account and take accountability for results. Identify new growth opportunities through keyword, competitor, and content gap analysis, and build scalable SEO frameworks and playbooks. Stay ahead of algorithm updates and search trends, including AI-driven search (AI Overviews, GEO/AEO), and adapt strategy proactively. Execution & Quality Oversee technical SEO audits and ensure timely implementation of fixes (site speed, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability). Guide content optimization, meta tags, internal linking, and site architecture. Direct link-building and off-page strategy in line with search engine guidelines. Work with content, design, and development teams to deliver SEO-friendly content and landing pages. Review deliverables for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.



Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop Assistant Managers and SEO Executives; set goals, run performance reviews, and plan their growth. Allocate resources and workload across projects, and help in hiring and onboarding. Build SOPs, processes, and training to improve team efficiency and consistency. Drive adoption of AI tools for keyword research, content optimization, and automation. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the senior SEO contact for clients: lead review calls, understand business objectives, and present progress, insights, and strategy. Own client communication and engagement across accounts: ensure regular review calls, timely updates, and quick resolution of client queries and escalations. Build long-term relationships, manage expectations, and support client retention and upselling. Contribute to proposals, pitches, scoping, and pricing for current SEO engagements. Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, tech, performance marketing, sales) for cross-functional delivery. Reporting & Analytics Track and analyze KPIs (rankings, organic traffic, conversions, ROI) using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools. Prepare and present performance reports and business reviews for clients and leadership. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, IT, Mass Communication, or a related field (MBA/PG preferred). 4
- 6 years of hands-on SEO experience, including at least 2 years in a team-lead or managerial role. Must have agency experience in digital marketing (healthcare domain experience is preferred). Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and delivering measurable organic growth. Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO. Working knowledge of AI tools for SEO and awareness of GEO/AEO. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar. Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and people management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
