Senior Oracle Fusion SOX & ITGC ConsultantLocation: Pune, Maharashtra Contract Duration: 3 Months (Potential Q1 Extension) Start Date: Immediate Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO) Shift: Second Shift Engagement Type: C2C (Contract-to-Contract) Budget: INR 1,700 per hour Job OverviewWe are urgently seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion SOX & ITGC Consultant to support year-end audit readiness ahead of the December 31 financial close. The consultant will lead the implementation and execution of IT General Controls (ITGC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and change management controls within Oracle Fusion Financials. The initial engagement is for 3 months, with a potential extension into Q1 to support the design and validation of automated IT Application Controls (ITACs). The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Financials security and SOX compliance experience, with the ability to work independently and contribute effectively from the outset.

Key Responsibilities
Phase 1: ITGC Implementation & Year-End Audit Readiness
• Lead and execute SOX 404 ITGC implementation within Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Review SoD controls, identify access conflicts, and coordinate appropriate remediation.
• Manage Oracle Fusion security configurations, including role hierarchies, duty roles, and user access assignments.
• Design and implement change management controls, including approvals, testing, and documentation.
• Coordinate control testing and evidence collection to support year-end audit readiness.
• Prepare audit documentation and work with stakeholders and auditors to address control gaps and findings. Phase 2: IT Application Controls (ITACs) – Potential Q1 Extension




• Design and validate automated IT Application Controls within Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Assess application control effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support control documentation, testing, remediation, and audit validation.
• Ensure alignment with SOX 404 requirements and applicable internal control frameworks. Required Skills & Experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials security administration and functional configuration.
• Proven experience implementing and testing SOX 404 ITGCs.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion role hierarchies, duty roles, and user access management.
• Expertise in SoD analysis, conflict resolution, and access control remediation.
• Practical experience with change management controls and audit evidence collection.
• Experience supporting audits and responding to auditor queries.
• Exposure to automated ITACs within Oracle Fusion Financials is highly desirable. Mandatory Requirements

• UAN is mandatory.
• Work from office in Pune is mandatory.
• Second-shift availability is required.
• Final-round face-to-face interview in Pune is mandatory.
• Background verification will be conducted by the designated verification team.
