Please fill out the Google Form attached at the end. About Cüraa and the role Cüraa started from scratch: a small team, a blank sheet, and one habit we never dropped. Pick a real kitchen problem, solve it properly, and ship it at a price India will pay. A few of the problems we have solved so far:
• The bullet mixer grinder with a steel jar: bullet-style speed and size, with a jar made for everyday Indian grinding.
• The most durable frother: the product everyone underestimates. We set out to build the most durable one, and launched it.
• Manual and electric choppers: they pushed the whole chopper category forward and set a new bar for what a chopper should be.
• The knob-based induction: India's inductions came covered in buttons. Ours is simple: turn it, cook. One kitchen problem at a time, Cüraa has reached half a million households. Our goal is to reach 30–40 million households in the next five years, roughly 10% of India's 300–400 million households. That means more SKUs, more warehouses, more marketplaces and far more stock moving every day. Cüraa is backed by 3one4 Capital, Kae Capital, Lumikai and Better Capital. Sanjyot Keer co-founded Cüraa with CEO Neeraj Kumawat. SK is the chef behind Your Food Lab, which he started in 2016 and grew to ~7 million YouTube subscribers and ~4 million Instagram followers. Before that, he was food producer on MasterChef India Season 4, and he was named in Forbes India's Tycoons of Tomorrow 2018. He runs a media brand and a fast-growing consumer company at the same time, and his calendar shows it. SK's time is Cüraa's scarcest resource. This role exists to multiply it.



You will sit in the room for every important conversation, run the projects SK doesn't have time for, and close the loops he would otherwise chase himself. This is not an EA role. It is a fast-track seat for someone who wants to learn how a company is built, by building it next to the founder.

What you'll do
Your job is to make SK's skilled life easier, in whatever form that takes this week.
• Run SK's operating rhythm. Prep him for meetings, take notes, track every follow-up, and make sure nothing he commits to slips.
• Own special projects end to end. New initiatives, launches, partnerships, hiring drives, events: you take them from idea to done.
• Be the first draft. Decks, investor and partner updates, memos, emails, research notes. SK edits; you write.
• Research and analysis. Market and competitor scans, data pulls, business cases that help SK decide faster.
• Coordinate across teams. Chase status, unblock work, and bring SK a crisp summary instead of a long thread.
• Automate with AI. Build AI workflows and tools (ChatGPT, Claude, agents, no-code automations) that remove repetitive work from SK's day and the team's.
• Fill any gap. If it matters to SK and nobody owns it, you own it until it has a home.



Who we're looking for You are sharp, young, hungry, and you get things done without being told how. Must-haves
• High agency. You find a way. "No one told me" is not in your vocabulary.
• Ownership. You treat outcomes as yours, including the boring last 10%.
• Fast learner. You can go from zero to useful on a new topic in days.
• Hustler. You have sold, negotiated, or pushed through a wall to get something done.
• Initiative-taker. You have started things in life: a club, a side project, a business, an event, a community.
• 1–2 years of experience. Startup, consulting, VC, or founder's office experience is a plus.
• AI-native. You already use AI tools daily and have built at least one workflow, automation, or tool with them.
• Coachable. You take feedback without ego and visibly improve. Nice to have
• Sharp writing and comfort with numbers (Excel / Sheets)
