The Finance Manager will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring cash flows, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and analyzing key financial metrics to support strategic decision-making. • Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in preparation and review of financial statements, cash flow management, and management reporting for senior leadership.
• Knowledge of NBFC operations, regulatory guidelines, and compliance frameworks relevant to lending and financial services in India.
• Proficiency in using financial software, spreadsheets, and ERP or accounting systems, with attention to accuracy and data integrity.
• Ability to manage internal controls, support audits, and implement risk management practices in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant academic background such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; skilled certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CFA) are an advantage.
