Com Company: Rrayze Business Solutions Rrayze Business Solutions is looking for a Statutory Audit Executive to join our Finance & Compliance team.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and execution of statutory, assurance, and NBFC audits.
• Perform vouching, verification, reconciliations, and analytical reviews.
• Prepare audit working papers and supporting documentation.
• Review financial records and identify discrepancies or control weaknesses.
• Assist in preparing audit reports and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Accounting Standards, IND AS, RBI regulations, and CARO (Companies (Auditor’s Report) Order) requirements.
Requirements:
• Experience in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, or Assurance.
• Valuable understanding of audit procedures and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of Companies Act, IND AS, IFRS and CARO reporting requirements.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and Tally.
• NBFC audit experience will be preferred.
