Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
• Maintain books of accounts and generate invoices using Zoho Books.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment follow-ups.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, management information system reports, and expense statements.
• Assist with Goods and Services Tax, Tax Deducted at Source, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
• Support month-end closing activities and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients. ✅ Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.




• Good understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Basic knowledge of Goods and Services Tax and Tax Deducted at Source is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Prior experience in a startup or corporate environment is preferred. ?
