Key Responsibilities
· Develop 3D models and 2D drawings, MBD using CATIA
· Perform aerostructure design for components such as fuselage, primary & Secondary support structures, brackets, sheet metal parts, and assemblies
· Create and modify engineering drawings, MBD as per standards
· Work with PLM tools like Enovia/Team Center for data management and release process
· Ensure compliance with customer requirements and aerospace standards (GD&T;, tolerances)
· Support design changes (ECR/ECO/ERD processes)
· Coordinate with manufacturing and production teams
· Participate in design reviews and technical discussions
· Maintain proper documentation and revision control Required
Skills:
· Strong knowledge of aerostructure design concepts
· Proficiency in GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
· Hands-on experience with CATIA V5
· Experience with PLM tools such as Enovia / Teamcenter
· Good understanding of sheet metal, machining, and assembly design
· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering
· 9–15 years of experience in aerospace or engineering design domain Preferred
Skills:
· Experience in aerospace programs (Airbus/Boeing)
· Basic knowledge of stress analysis and manufacturing processes
