The team is committed to making real estate more accessible, efficient, and cost-effective for all users. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an SEO Content Writer based in Thane. The SEO Content Writer will research real estate topics, analyze user intent, and create optimized content for the Houzeo website, blog, landing pages, and other digital assets. Daily responsibilities include writing and editing SEO-focused articles, updating existing content to improve rankings and conversions, and collaborating with marketing, product, and design teams to align content with business goals. The role involves conducting keyword research,



structuring content for search visibility, and monitoring performance metrics to refine content strategies. The SEO Content Writer will also ensure that all content is accurate, user-friendly, and consistent with Houzeo’s brand voice and guidelines. Qualifications
• Solid Web Content Writing and Writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly copy.
• Experience in Content Strategy and Research, including keyword analysis, competitor review, and audience insight gathering.
• Proficiency in Proofreading, ensuring grammatical accuracy, style consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Familiarity with SEO principles, on-page optimization, and tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Thane, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a user-centered approach to content creation.
• Experience in real estate, proptech, or consumer-facing tech products is an advantage but not required.
