Associate, PMS Operations & Setup CAGR Capital | Wadala East, Mumbai | Full time, on site | Monday to Friday Company Description
- CAGR Capital is the Portfolio Management Services vertical of the CAGR family, alongside CAGRwealth and CAGRfunds. We are newly formed, and we are building our PMS function from the ground up. You will be one of the first people on the team, and you will have a hands on experience on how things are set up. Role Description We are looking for someone who enjoys making things work. You will be the link between CAGR Capital and everyone it works with, and you will run the setup and day to day operations of the PMS. You will own the details, follow things through, and keep every entity on the same page. Qualifications
• Coordinate between CAGR Capital, the custodian, fund accountant, auditors, legal and compliance advisors, and the other CAGR entities
• Run the PMS setup, including processes, checklists, documentation and workflows
• Handle client onboarding end to end: KYC, agreements, account opening and fund transfers
• Work on trade settlement, reconciliation and NAV checks
• Support periodic reporting,



client statements and regulatory filings
• Track timelines, follow up with external partners and make sure nothing falls through
• Document how we work so the function can grow without depending on any one person Candidate Profile & Skill required
• 1 to 2 years of experience in PMS operations. AIF or mutual fund operations experience is also welcome
• Working knowledge of KYC, onboarding, custodian coordination and reconciliation
• Familiarity with SEBI PMS regulations is a plus. NISM Series XXI-A certification is a bonus
• Clear written and spoken communication, since you will be talking to many people outside the firm
• Organised, careful with details, and comfortable following up until the work is done
• Someone who likes building, and is happy to work without a ready-made playbook Why join us
