What you'll do
• Find and reach out to community admins, organisers and creators
• Screen partner applications and schedule calls with the founder
• Onboard selected partners and keep them engaged until launch
• Coordinate partner activity on launch day
• Track the partner pipeline and results You'll be a great fit if you
• Love talking to people and are comfortable reaching out to recent contacts
• Are organised, follow up on time and keep valuable records
• Communicate well in English and Hindi
• Are comfortable representing a dating app professionally
• Are active on Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp communities What you'll get

• Work directly with the founder on a real launch
• Hands-on experience in partnerships, growth and startup operations
