What you'll do
Create strong concepts and visual ideas for brand campaigns, launches and communication across print, digital and social Take ideas through to final execution: campaign key visuals, layouts, brochures, packaging, infographics, social assets, event branding and visual direction for films Present and champion your ideas to stakeholders, and refine them with clarity Collaborate closely with marketing teams, including product and brand managers What we're looking for Degree in Design or Visual Communication from a recognised design school 7–9 years of graphic design experience, agency or in-house A portfolio that shows concept thinking, not just execution Expert in Adobe Creative Suite; skills in motion design, 3D or AI tools are a plus Excellent English communication and the confidence to present ideas and work
