Role Description The Partner and Market Head – Wealth Management is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for building, leading, and growing the private wealth franchise in the region, including developing and managing client relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. The position involves overseeing portfolio construction and asset allocation, guiding investment strategies, and ensuring that client portfolios align with risk profiles, governance standards, and long-term objectives. The Partner and Market Head will lead a team of wealth professionals, drive business development initiatives, collaborate with internal investment and research teams, and ensure high-quality advisory standards. The role also includes monitoring market developments,



maintaining regulatory and compliance discipline, and representing Systematix Private Wealth’s philosophy and values in all client and market interactions. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in leading and scaling a wealth management or private banking business, preferably in a senior leadership or partner-level role for at least 15 plus years. We are open to discussions with junior investment and corporate banking profiles, who are well adept and aware of sectoral players and has liaising experience directly with promoter clients, from SMID cos.
• Candidates should possess robust Business Relationship Management skills with a deal making mind set, including the ability to originate, deepen, and sustain long-term client relationships across diverse client profiles across sectors.
• Candidates should possess sound Finance and Financial Services knowledge, with familiarity in capital markets, wealth planning, and regulatory frameworks.
• Candidates should possess robust understanding of Investment Management and Investment products skills, including investment charters, portfolio construction, asset allocation, and product evaluation across asset classes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with a disciplined, client-centric advisory approach.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on governance, risk management, and long-term outcomes.
• Postgraduate degree or professional qualification in finance, economics, business, or related fields (e.g., MBA, CFA, CA) is preferred.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
