Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and cheerful Receptionist & Admin Executive (Female) to manage front desk operations and administrative responsibilities. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for residents, guests, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors with a warm and professional attitude
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and resident queries efficiently
• Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor logs with accuracy and professionalism
• Assist with documentation, record-keeping,
and basic administrative tasks
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other internal teams for seamless operations
• Use or learn Hubode’s ERP system for efficient operations and record management Desired Profile
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Reception, Administration, or Front Office roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with basic tech tools (emails, spreadsheets, documentation)
• Friendly, customer-first mindset with a skilled demeanour
• Willingness to learn and use ERP software Salary & Job Details
