About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer with expertise in ERP customization, Python development, cloud technologies, third-party integrations, and AI-powered automation to improve business efficiency and streamline organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules according to business requirements.
• Manage and customize HR, CRM, Sales, Inventory, Purchase, and Accounting modules.
• Develop workflows, reports, and automation solutions using Python.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications, APIs, and AI tools.
• Implement AI-driven automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage cloud deployment, server configuration, and system performance.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize ERP operations.




• Independently manage development projects and collaborate with teams to understand business requirements. Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Python, Odoo ORM, and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in XML, JavaScript, QWeb, and REST APIs.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of AI automation, LLM APIs, and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with Linux, Git, Docker, and deployment processes.
• Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
