Role Description The Student Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. In this position, the counselor will guide students in exploring educational options, understanding career paths, and making informed academic decisions aligned with their interests and strengths. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, organizing informational meetings or workshops, responding to student and parent inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of counseling interactions. The counselor will collaborate with internal teams to align guidance with the company’s training or educational offerings,



and provide ongoing support to ensure a positive and professional experience for students and families. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust skills in Student Counseling and Education to support learners in academic planning and personal development.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Career Counseling to help students understand career options and align their education with future goals.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and internal teams.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in an educational or training environment and familiarity with modern digital tools used for counseling and record-keeping.
• Candidates should demonstrate empathy, active listening, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple student cases responsibly.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in student or academic counseling is an advantage.
