7+ Years We are looking for a highly experienced Government Pre-Sales Consultant with robust expertise in Enterprise Monitoring, ITSM, ITOM, Observability, and Solution Architecture. ⚡ We are specifically looking for a strong Solution-Oriented Pre-Sales Professional with hands-on experience in: ✅ Government RFP / RFQ / Tender Management ✅ Bid Management & Technical Compliance Mapping ✅ Hardware Sizing & Infrastructure Planning ✅ Product Architecture & Solution Designing ✅ OEM & Enterprise Solution Consulting ✅ Technical Proposal, BOM, SOW & HLD Preparation ✅ PoC Execution, Product Demonstration & Customer Workshops ?

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze Government/PSU tenders and prepare technical responses
• Design end-to-end enterprise monitoring & IT management solutions




• Work closely with SI/MSI/GSI partners, Sales & Delivery teams
• Conduct customer discovery sessions and architecture discussions
• Support large-scale government and enterprise opportunities ? Required Expertise: ✔ 7+ years of experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting ✔ Strong exposure to Government & PSU projects ✔ Experience with platforms such as:
• SolarWinds
• ServiceNow
• BMC
• Freshworks
• PRTG
• WhatsUpGold ✔ Strong understanding of:
• Networking
• Servers & Virtualization
• Cloud Platforms
• Containers & Kubernetes
• Cybersecurity Integrations ? We are looking for someone who can independently own the complete technical solution lifecycle — from RFP analysis to final solution architecture and customer engagement.
