Role Description The Assistant Manager Business Development will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with referral partners, and supporting the growth of hospital services in Kottayam. This full-time, on-site role involves conducting market research, developing outreach plans, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and tracking performance metrics for various initiatives. The role includes organizing and participating in community engagement activities,



maintaining strong communication with corporate and institutional clients, and preparing regular reports on business development performance. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with senior management to execute strategic plans, improve patient acquisition channels, and enhance the hospital’s presence in the region. Qualifications
• Solid business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and prepare clear reports and presentations for management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage with patients, corporate clients, doctors, and community stakeholders.
• Organizational and planning skills to manage multiple initiatives, events, and outreach programs efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in healthcare, hospital marketing, or service industry business development is preferred.
• Comfort working on-site in Kottayam and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
