Job Title: Business Analyst – ServiceNow with GRC Remote or Hybrid Permanent full-time position with Vivid Edge Corp Note: a) ServiceNow Certification must or willing to do certification b) Candidate must travel, If needed We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance). The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the implementation and enhancement of GRC solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define GRC processes (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit)
• Translate business needs into ServiceNow GRC solutions
• Support configuration, testing,



and deployment of ServiceNow modules
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
• Prepare BRDs, user stories, and process documentation
• Assist in UAT and ensure successful delivery of solutions Required

Skills:
a) Experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules b) Solid understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks c) Good knowledge of business analysis techniques and tools d) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred

Qualifications:
a) ServiceNow certification (CSA/CIS-IRM preferred) b) Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
