Join Verdantas – A Top #ENR 73 Firm, We at Verdantas, seeking for a Contract based Integration Specialist – Messaging & Identity to support M&A; integrations and Microsoft 365 migrations, leveraging Entra ID, Active Directory, PowerShell automation, and migration support to deliver secure and reliable enterprise services.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute wave‑based identity and messaging migrations using approved runbooks and tooling.
• Manage migration batches, monitoring status, failures, retries, and completion.
• Run delta and catch‑up passes to maintain source and target alignment.
• Reconcile objects, attributes, and access to validate migration accuracy.
• Triage and remediate migration failures and data inconsistencies.
• Apply approved fixes and escalate complex or recurring issues with evidence.
• Produce execution evidence, validation artifacts, and reconciliation reports per wave.
• Maintain migration logs, batch summaries,



and exception tracking.
• Execute and maintain PowerShell scripts for migration, validation, and reporting.
• Adhere to change, rollback, escalation procedures, and support post‑wave stabilization. Technical Proficiency: Entra ID, AD DS, SSO protocols (SAML/OIDC/OAuth2), MFA/CA, access reviews, automation (PowerShell). Messaging platforms Microsoft, Google, etc. Education &

Experience:
• Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• 6-7 years of experience supporting enterprise identity, messaging, or Microsoft 365 platforms
• Experience executing migrations, batch operations, or large‑scale system changes preferred Location and Work Set-up
• Pune, Maharashtra, India
• Work Mode: Remote (EST)
